When should I order my next vehicle?
This depends on the lead time of your next vehicle. You should talk to your customer services team to discuss your options and ensure your next vehicle is ready to be delivered when your current contract expires. When using your online quoting tool I am getting a blank screen. Why is this?

How can I find out manufacturer lead times?
Lead times vary by manufacturer and by the specification of the car ordered. However, please click the following link for a guide to lead times:
If the colour of vehicle I would like is not in the list of options within Quotes & Orders what do I do?
Please select the Other Solid or Other Metallic paint option and type the colour of choice into the comments box when placing your order. The dealership will then confirm whether this colour is available when placing your order with the manufacturer.
I am now happy with my vehicle choice. How do I place my order?
Please select Action, then Order within Quotes & Orders to begin the ordering process. If you experience any problems simply call your DriverLine.
I have placed my order. What happens next?
You will receive a phone call from the dealership to complete a specification check for your vehicle. You will then receive an order confirmation from LeasePlan confirming the vehicle you have ordered as well as an expected date of delivery.
I have made a mistake on my order. What do I do now?

My new vehicle is not being delivered until after my current lease ends, can I keep the vehicle until the new one is delivered?

How do I arrange delivery of my new vehicle?
Once your vehicle has arrived at the dealership and the pre-delivery inspection has taken place, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable date and time for delivery.
Where do I find the code for the entertainment system in my vehicle?
The code can usually be found in the driver's manual.
