If your vehicle lease includes servicing and maintenance, you can arrange your vehicle service, mechanical repair or MOT online 24/7 or over the phone between 8am and 8pm Monday - Friday and 8am to 1pm Saturday. Our dedicated booking team will arrange a convenient date, time and location for the work to be carried out. They can arrange for your vehicle to be collected by the garage and dropped off when the work is complete. Alternatively, you can choose to drop the vehicle off yourself and collect it when it is ready. Not all garages are able to provide courtesy vehicles, so if you require one please give us as much notice as possible so you are not disappointed (or consider using the collection and return service).
What to expect
- Book online 24/7 or by phone between 8am and 8pm
- We will contact you to confirm your booking
- We can arrange to collect your vehicle and return it to you at your convenience
- If a courtesy vehicle is available at the garage, we can book it for you. The garage might charge you a fee to be added to their insurance. Please note that courtesy vehicles are not available if you use our collection and delivery service.
- We will communicate with the garage on your behalf, track the progress of your service or MOT and keep you informed if there are any queries or delays
