LeasePlan, the world’s largest vehicle management company, today announced the appointment of Matt Dyer as Commercial Director for LeasePlan UK Ltd. He will take his new position with effect from 1 November 2009.

Matt has fulfilled a number of senior roles for LeasePlan Corporation over the last thirteen years and joins LeasePlan UK from LeasePlan International (LPI,) where he has been Managing Director since 2004. Matt has led significant growth in his role at LeasePlan International over the last five years, including LeasePlan’s expansion into new countries and developing the group's capabilities to manage client's requirements on an international basis.

The current Commercial Director of LeasePlan UK, Tim Hudson, will take on the role of Managing Director for LeasePlan International also with effect from 1st November 2009. Tim has been Commercial Director for LeasePlan in the UK since 2004, leading the company through a period of significant growth that has seen LeasePlan become the second largest fleet management company in the UK.

Matt Dyer comments: "The UK is an incredibly exciting and demanding market.
